Refunds and Cancellations
Returns are ONLY accepted with:
-Original/Proper Receipt
-Original Packaging and in New Condition
-Area Rugs can be returned within 3 days
-Furniture and Accessories can be returned within 7 days (excluding Special Order Items)
-15% restocking fee will apply on ALL Furniture returns
-$75 pick up fee will also apply for any LINA home pick ups on returns

Special Orders (see below) can not be cancelled or refunded. There are no refunds or exchanges on Clearance and Layaway items. Refunds are NOT provided for any delay in delivery as a result of the below listed factors.

Dates and times provided by LINA Home Furnishings are approximations ONLY. LINA Home Furnishings is not responsible for delays resulting from:
- Factory delays for back ordered leather, fabric, and/or construction materials
- Manfucturer delays, such as legal, personnel, logistical, etc.
- Holidays which are nationally or religiously observed in this or another applicable country
- Acts of God or nature such as hurricanes, tornados, earthquakes, or other extreme weather conditions
- Acts of Law such as martial law, union work stoppages, government shutdowns, or state of emergencies
- Transportation issues such as accidents, theft, law enforcement delay

Delivery Charges
LINA Home Furnishings will not be obligated to provide free delivery or refund any delivery charge for a sales order delayed by any of the above stated factors. Standard delivery charges are for normal accessibility to the customer's delivery location/premises. Hoist deliveries and any additional charges incurred as a result are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Customer Pickups and Carry Outs
LINA Home Furnishings is not liable for any damages to furniture or any item which you transported. You, the customer, are solely responsible for securing your merchandise to and ensuring the storage size measurment of your vehicle/mode of transportation. LINA Home Furnishings is not responsible for any loss or damage to your vehicle/mode of transportation.

Special Orders
Any merchandise which is not a stocked item, and must be ordered specifically for your sales order is considered to be a special order. Any upholstered piece manufactured to your specifications and/or custom made for your sales order is considered to be a special order. A payment in full is immediately due at the time your order is placed. If a LINA Home Furnishings authorized management personnel grants a cancellation and/or refund of your special order (full or partial), any refunds will be provided/credited to your original form of payment, less any restocking fees.

Warranties and Guarantees
LINA Home Furnishings offers no warranties except those of the manufacturer. LINA Home Furnishings reserves the right to cancel and/o not accept your order in cases of extreme pricing/clerical errors, which are subject to correction during pre and post finalization of your sales order.

Top Grain Leather
Because it is considered a product of nature (animals), scratches, scars, and other markings which may appear on finished hides are a result of the animal's environment, life cycle, and/or biological 'construction'. These types of markings are the characteristics of the top grain hide of the animal which are intended to heighten the attractiveness, by no way affecting its durability.

Fabrics and Dyes
Typically a manmade production, which on occassion contains slight variations that occur. As such, each fabric roll may not be consistent and can vary.
